The process of our OEM service.
1. Provide us your design idea, concept or drawing.
2. we create a product development team to review this project, this team include product designer, mold designer, structural engineer, and packing designer，sourcing team to kick off the project.
3. After we review it, the sales manager will arrange an online meeting to talk DFM evaluation your team.
4. When we finish the DFM with your team, our IPD team will do some prototype to test the idea and concept.
5. If the prototype is no problem, the team starts to deisgn tooling and then debug and function test.
6. Pilot run to verify the stability of the products, implemented by engineering team, quality team and manufacturing team.
7. Provide samples to customers for approval, then mass production starts. Inspection before shipment is also available at SinoGlass. -
